My scientific and healing journey
"For many years I saw science as a vehicle to help other people. I studied a Bachelor's in Biology and a Master's in Molecular Biology, and focused my academic research on supporting the development of products and approaches to improve cancer therapies, lung disease diagnostics, and crop survival against aggressive pathogens.
It took me time to make the connection to my own life. After experiencing brain fog, fatigue, and feeling like my body wasn't performing to its full potential, a colleague suggested that my habits were causing most of my struggles. With his guidance and more research, I started changing a few things — and my life radically changed.
I feel genuinely empowered now. Understanding the science behind health means I can truly know my own body and not be swept away by wellness trends and propaganda. I believe there are a few fundamentals that actually matter — and that we don't need so many things: so many chemicals, beauty products, powdered foods, and endless supplements. I am on a quest to discover what those fundamentals really are.
Learning from scientific evidence, well-designed research, and rigorous methodology — The Bio-guide exists to share everything I am learning. Carefully curated from actual research and communicated without oversimplification, so that no trend or agenda gets in the way.
I am committed to transparent scientific communication and to sharing useful, specific information — so that all of us can make more conscious and confident decisions about our health."
